Running rib-rails on Heroku cedar stack

* multiline is working
* multiline_history is working
* color is working
* history file is not working
* rib argument is not working
(thus "-r rib/extra/autoindent" doesn't work, this should be a bug?)

02:18> heroku run rib all -r rib/extra/autoindent rails --remote heroku

Loading production environment (Rails 3.1.0)
>> 123
=> 123

Say goodbye to stupid `heroku console`!
