因為現在很想睡，而且這篇又長又複雜，所以我沒有細看。
不過簡單地說，果然複雜無比，這篇解釋也是相當有誠意
落落長一大串，最後也提到補償辦法。看起來是有十天的
免費使用時間，換算成一個月，大約是 30% off. heroku
則是給四月份 25% off.
