用 GA 找 best compile flag XD
Evolving Faster Haskell Programs (now with LLVM!)
這篇很長，懶得細看||b 看那圖表，到 14 generation 時，
速度快得驚人啊。但看起來那是 special case,
我想大部份的程式 (non-trivial) 沒辦法有這麼強的進步。
