rsync for uploaded files

檔案上傳造成難以做 load balance, 改用 mogilefs 也挺花功夫的。
a quick but (i thought) not dirty way 是直接用 rsync.
在上傳檔案之後 rsync 一次，定時再 rsync 一次。用 cron 比較麻煩，
有機會再看看有沒有比較簡單的方式。

產生一組 rsa key （已有則忽略）
> ssh-keygen -t rsa

把 public key append 到目標帳號的
> cat >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

兩邊都要做才能互相 sync. 跑：
> rsync -a ~/public/ remote:~/public/

暫時看看這樣行不行。
