mac + firefox + flash + js bug

how to reproduce:

1. use swfupload to select files
2. don't actually select, stay on the dialog
3. run a window.alert() javascript (this is called by swfupload)
4. now you can't cancel files selection, nor select file!
5. and you can't switch tabs, nor click alert dialog!
6. now you have to force quit firefox....
